Bryan joined DonahueFavret Contractors in 2012 and has held leadership roles across multiple areas of the company. He began his career in Operations, managing a diverse portfolio of projects including hospitality, healthcare, historic rehabilitation, multifamily, restaurant, and retail projects. He later transitioned into Business Development, where he helped lead the company’s growth, client development, and market strategy.
Bryan was named Executive Vice President in 2026. In this role, he works alongside the President & CEO to help lead DonahueFavret’s overall strategy, growth, and organizational development. His focus includes strengthening the company’s long-term direction, aligning its teams and resources, developing client and industry relationships, and helping drive initiatives across the organization. Bryan has served on DonahueFavret’s Board of Directors since 2016 and became a shareholder in 2019.
Bryan received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. His civic involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Family Promise of St. Tammany and involvement with organizations including GNO, Inc., ABC, ULI, and LABI. He is also a graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute.
