Tulane School of Medicine Hutchinson 7th Floor

Following a full demolition of the existing space, this project delivered new critical laboratory facilities, dedicated write-up areas, and modern office space spanning approximately 48,000 square feet. The renovation seamlessly integrated new MEP systems into the building’s existing infrastructure while meeting the functional demands of a highly specialized academic environment. Completed over a 14-month timeline, the project achieved its goal of targeting LEED Silver, reinforcing Tulane’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
